About Macam
Who we are
Macam makes reusable filter bags for dust extractors and vacuum cleaners. We started with one goal: a washable bag for every common machine, so that tradespeople and households no longer need to keep buying disposable bags.
Macam Europe (UAB Macam Europe, Vilnius) sells and ships the range to customers across the European Union.
How a Macam bag is made
Each bag uses a 4-layer polyester fleece. The inner layer has a non-stick finish, so dirt does not cling to the walls and the bag empties cleanly. The layers behind it hold the fine dust while letting air through.
Every bag is cut and sewn for one specific machine, and the collars and TPU seals are shaped for that machine too.
Tested at work
We test every design in real working conditions before it goes on sale, and we keep improving it. Most new production batches include changes that came from customer feedback.
Macam is an independent brand. Our bags are compatible replacements and are not original parts of the machine manufacturers. Machine brand and model names are used only to show which machines a bag fits.
