30-day returns

You can return an unused item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, without giving a reason. This is longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU law gives you, and it does not limit your statutory rights.

How to return an item

1. Email info@macamfilter.eu with your order number and the item you want to return. You can also use the withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
2. Send the item back unused, in its original packaging, to: UAB Macam Europe, Viršupio Sodų 22-oji g. 15, LT-10230 Vilnius, Lithuania. Please send it within 14 days of telling us.
3. We refund the price you paid and, for a withdrawal within 14 days, your original standard delivery cost, using the payment method you used. We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, but we may wait until we have received the item back or you have shown that you have sent it.

The cost of returning the item is paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. A used or washed bag can only be returned if it is faulty. If the item has lost value because it was handled more than needed to check its nature and fit, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is faulty, arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We will repair, replace or refund it and pay the return postage.
